Taking the first steps

Phase I: Take an honest LOOK…

The first step in revitalizing your business is identifying your needs. You will receive a detailed questionnaire to help assess the status of your practice, pinpoint your needs, and customize a plan of action for your business.

Phase II: Prepare

Kristy comes to you! For the second phase, she will spend one day in your office, observing your staff & office processes for an overview and to better understand your current challenges and to offer a fresh perspective on what your business may need.

Phase III: Plan your Work

The third phase entails an on-site visit for you or someone on your staff at Mariposa Aesthetics & Laser Center to experience first-hand how Kristy has implemented her profit-driving methods. You will review the business recommendations from her visit to your office, identify key financial areas where profits could be improved, train on successful management tools & create an action plan to execute in your practice.

Phase IV: Work your Plan

Kristy will provide 6 monthly phone calls for consulting and problem-solving specific to your practice to foster long-term learning. You will also receive timeline and deadline suggestions to help you reach your goals and to act as a source of accountability for your new business strategy.
