What to Expect
A full face and neck treatment takes about 90 minutes. Treating the chest as well adds 30 minutes to the treatment time. During the treatment, there may be some slight discomfort as the ultrasound energy is transmitted into the deeper layers of skin.
Recovery
After an Ultherapy treatment, patients can immediately return to their normal activities. There is no required downtime or recovery period. The skin may become reddened for a few hours after the treatment, and some patients experience minor, temporary swelling of the treated area. How Long and How Many
Most patients only need one treatment to see dramatic results. Some patients benefit from additional treatments.
