Swedish Massage $45 $65  
Swedish massage uses a firm but gentle pressue to improve circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve flexibility and create relaxation. The therapist generally uses massage oil to facilitate making long, smooth strokes over the body.
       
Deep Tissue Massage $55 $75
Deep tissue massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas of the neck, lower back and shoulders.
       
Reflexology $55 $75  
Reflexology is an ancient healing art based on the principle that reflexes in the hands and feet correspond to every part, organ and gland in the body. Your reflexology therapist will apply acupressure and massage to the ears, hands and feet within ten zones. This will improve circulation, facilitate detoxification, reduce tension and enhance the body’s ability to heal itself. This treatment method can relieve back pain, migraines, arthritis and many other problems.  
       
Myotherapy $65    
Myotherapy is a trigger point therapy. It involves pressing on small, constricted points that trigger pain in other areas. For example, a tense, painful knot of muscles in the neck might cause pain in your head. In this case, myotherapy would involve pressing on the knotted neck muscles to decrease pain in the head.
